All fees are due and payable in advance. Monthly fees shall be paid every 30 days from date of Subscription. Termination of service due to non-payment will occur when a credit card charge is declined two consecutive days, and notification will be sent via email. End user will have 48 hours to resolve the charge or the program will be turned off until the charges are reconciled. A new Subscription must be started after six months of non-payment. The monthly payment is automatically recurring until the end user cancels the Subscription. The amount of any unpaid invoice shall accrue at one and one half percent (1.5%) per month. Customer shall pay all costs of collecting including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and costs in the event invoice requires collection efforts.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing with valid signature 30 days prior to client’s billing date. Cancellation must be submitted via fax at 919-851-2858, via email to [email protected], or by USPS. In order for cancellation to be valid you must receive confirmation from Simplicity Software Solutions.
